On the MDBA class action: what I have, and what I don’t

ABC reports 28,000 irrigators lost a $1.5 billion class action against the Murray–Darling Basin Authority, alleging mismanagement caused lost profits and higher water prices.

I haven’t seen the judgment, so I’m not inferring the court’s reasons, the orders made, or any appeal posture.
